| NCW's most successful athletic programs |
A number of factors determine long-term success of an athletic program. Certainly, coaching enters into it as does the ability to attract athletes to a team year after year. Strong youth programs in the community prior to reaching high school age are often important in the development of athletes in a particular sport. These programs have registered the highest level of success in North Central Washington over many seasons of competition.
